Hope everything is doing well wherever you are.

Sai Yok Camp is going into Lull period,
Whut is lull u might ask?
Basically is slack till u get tired of your own jokes period.
The training troops have safely gone back to Singapore,
and we the perm staffs are left to finish off whutever there is left.
Waking up at 9, ending work at 2? then slack all u want.
Good life huh. NOT.

Today, I sent off a friend back home, He ended his service tour,
like finally, and I have to say, there was this inch of bittersweetness.
Sad, cos he's a good friend and he has to leave now.
Happy, cos I see the glow in his face. Something I've never seen before.
And I keep asking myself, When am i gonna have that glow.
I guess time will tell.

Im doing just fine. My mom ask me, do u still wanna go home?
I said of course, no doubt. But truth is, I kinda lied.
I told myself, If its not gonna be a year that I face this,
then I wont be satisfied.
I remembered my resolution for this year.
To be fearless, try new things and be a man.
And boy, HE really did give it to me. A year, Away.
I have to do this, and I will.
