Sometimes channelling your emotions
to something productive can be therapeutic.
Example, I've been bothered by some
omgeeeakubolehmati reality, So I, run
and keep running, literally.
And I feel good.

I told myself, reality bites,
it does and it hurts.
And all I've got to do, is bite back
double the force.



Its just not me to curl up and dwell.
