If my ears could speak, they would have been screaming
out of agony few hours back. Reason being, Orion 2007.
This highly anticipated singing competition held by NYP
became laughters to the ones who came with the impression
of having a good show. Not only did people made a mockery
out of it but some just left before the show even got half way thru.
Say something about the contestants right...
I had the hardest time listening to the soloist perform,
one by one came out and disappoint the audience either with their
bad melodies or choice of song. I felt the rage among the Malays
for every single one of them except two performed in their native language.
Not that Im being racist, but c'mon. Seriously!
Where have the english words gone to??

It was about time!
The duet category wasnt any better, in fact worse from
what I've heard. That point of time I was already questioning
the judges credibility. How could I not when each item was nothing better
than William Hung's "She bangs". Quote from what the boring Mcee's said.
"NYP sure have young aspiring talents". I beg to differ please.
At least to what I've seen and heard today. Im sure out there they are people
who are sky high better than this year's contestants.
As time moved on to the Young Composers category, things got a lil mundane
but the three composers did their thing and at least I could say,
The best cateogry of the day. Though I've wanted the other guy to win.
But aniwaes, Congrats to winners. You all deserved the trophy
and not mentioning the vouchers. Big thanks to your
Poor competitors talents. Orion 2007 was a flop and Im not afraid to say it.
Im sure I have say.. 150 other people who turn up to back me up.
It was a dreadful 2 hours or so. Bad Bad choice judges!
On a lighter note, I passed my re-assesment with mere luck.
Total nerve wrecking episode there. I guess being a guy,
Im nonetheless dramatic myself. hahaha. Shall not elaborate though.
What a day, if any of the orion contestant reads this, dun be shy to tag me
and say whut u have to, Im curious to know how you guys
would react to this post which is nuthing but reality.
